The city is a modern tourist resort with low edge stones and ramps, that makes it easy for people with disabilities to get around. Mar y Sol has handicap suitable apartments located in houses, encircling the 3 pools. All houses have run ramps and lifts.

Useful information
The hotel has reception, where you can get answers to your questions, and, inter alia,. book excursions, transport and buy postcards. The staff is very friendly. Spoken English, German, Spanish and Swedish.
In the library on 1. floor can you borrow a computer and go on the Internet against less payment.
Bed linen and towels are changed twice a week, and the daily cleaning is in top-class. Extra linen and towels can be rented.
Lero, located next to reception, can receive guests ' clothes for washing and cleaning

Swimming pools
Mar y Sol has 3 swimming pools: A therapy pool (50 KVM), a swimming pool (140 KVM) with 20-24 degrees hot water and a hot tub (170 KVM) with 32 degrees hot water throughout the year. Swim- and hot water pools are equipped with chairlifts and stairs with handrail.
On weekdays you can free participate in water gymnastics and training under the direction of one of the TeraLava's physical therapists.
Treatment Centre, TeraLava
A State of the art rehabilitation center, led by a German medical specialist. The Centre is situated in connection with the hotel. Here you can get a wide range of traditional as well as alternative treatments (acupuncture, herbal baths, etc.). The treatments is settled on the spot.
