The hotel is located in the southern part of Playa de las Américas, only 300 (m). from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the main street with a myriad of shops and restaurants.
The hotel was renovated in 2003. It has 371 double rooms (10 of them are designed for people with disabilities, and all the disabled rooms are located on the ground floor and out of the pool area). The many facilities include air-conditioning, reception with 24 hours of operation, hairdresser, Internet access (against payment), bar and restaurant. In addition, laundry and room service (from 10 a.m.. 07.00 to midnight) against payment. Rooms have direct dial telephone, satellite TV, Mini, air-conditioning and safety box.
